At Sheertopix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes, we are happy to offer a return or refund in accordance with our policy. Please review the details below for more information about our return and refund procedures.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including tags.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized footwear.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: Sheertopix reserves the right to charge a restocking fee if the item is returned in a condition that is not new or in its original packaging.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs if necessary.

6. How to Return an Item

  3. Pack the Item: Return the item in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

7. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Sheertopix is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
